Joshua Leland Frazier Josh was born in Oxford, England and has lived in Maine, Boston, Toronto, upstate New York, Los Angeles, and San Francisco. Josh proudly graduated from Colgate University in Hamilton, New York in 1997 where he studied Economics. Following his graduation, Josh moved to the San Francisco Bay Area and began his work in the fly fishing industry with Orvis of San Francisco. In 1998, Josh left Orvis and joined the staff at San Francisco’s Fly Fishing Outfitters and in 1999 he took over the operation, renaming it Leland Fly Fishing Outfitters after his grandfather, Leland Frazier. For 19 years, Josh owned and operated Leland Fly Fishing Outfitters, a premium fly fishing retailer, and in 2007 opened Leland Fly Fishing Ranch in Sonoma. At the Ranch, Josh has successfully developed and marketed revolutionary teaching and training program for those interested in learning or honing their fly fishing skills.
